Engineered Film Structures

The Aegis Series uses advanced, reverse-printed laminates chosen for their superior, individualized barrier properties over co-extruded films.

Option A: Ultimate Barrier (Metallized)

Ideal for maximum shelf life, light-sensitive roasts, and a premium metallic aesthetic.

Layer 1 (Exterior/Graphics): 12µ PET

Superior print surface for high-resolution, scratch-resistant graphics. Provides initial gloss, strength, and moisture resistance.

Layer 2 (Bond): Adhesive Lamination

Bonds the outer PET to the critical barrier layer with precision.

Layer 3 (Primary Barrier): 9µ Metallized PET

The core defense. The vacuum-deposited aluminum layer creates an impenetrable barrier to oxygen (<1.0 cc/m²/day) and light (>99.9% UV & visible light blockage).

Layer 4 (Sealant/Strength): 70µ LDPE

Provides a thick, food-safe, aroma-retentive inner layer. Ensures strong, hermetic heat seals for bag integrity.
