PET Layer (Outer)

Material: Polyethylene Terephthalate (Polyester)
Function: Provides structural rigidity (ASTM D638), surface abrasion resistance, and printability for identification labeling

AL Layer (Barrier)

Material: High-purity aluminum foil (≥99.5% Al)
Function: Imposes absolute impermeability to oxygen (O₂ Transmission Rate <0.1 cc/m²/day at 23°C/0% RH), water vapor (Water Vapor Transmission Rate <0.1 g/m²/day at 38°C/90% RH), and UV radiation (380–780 nm)
